Kim Launcher Pro

The free launcher gives you the full head-unit experience, including live camera recording. Pro adds remote access, smart safety recording, Sentry, Kim Map, Blind Spot, live location, trip history, routes, and charts from the PWA. Pro requires Kim Launcher to be installed and paired with your PWA account using the Vehicle ID QR code.

Set up Kim in the car and on your phone.
Install the APK on the BYD head unit, then pair the Pro PWA with the Vehicle ID QR from Settings.

- Download the latest Kim Launcher APK from this website.
- Open the APK on the BYD head unit and allow installation from the browser or file manager.
- Open Kim Launcher, grant the required permissions, then go to Settings.
- Use the Vehicle ID QR code in Settings to link the car with your PWA account.
Phone or tablet

- Open app.kimlauncher.pro in Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
- Sign up or sign in, then scan the Vehicle ID QR code from the launcher.
- Use the browser menu to add Kim Launcher Pro to your home screen.
- After trial or paid access is active, Live GPS, Trip History, Route, and Charts will be available.
